How to buy at Capriche?

Choose the garments you want from the product categories.

View the product/s you are interested in by clicking on it. By placing the mouse cursor over the image, you will get an enlargement of the photograph to see details and back of the product, composition, available sizes, and price (prices include VAT).

Select a garment and add the item to the cart. Then you can choose to continue shopping or process the order.

Choose your preferred payment method (Paypal, Card, Bizum or Deferred Payment -Aplázame, transfer always by phone-).

Finalize the order.

Once your order has been placed, if the requested item is out of stock, you will receive a response within a maximum of 72 working hours so that you can choose to exchange it for another item or receive a refund.
It IS POSSIBLE that there is no stock as the items are in the physical store, even if you were able to buy the product. Please take this into account.

If available, the amount will be charged to the card number provided by you and within a period chosen by you when selecting the shipping option, you will receive your order at home to enjoy it!

*This period IS NOT VALID if the product observations indicate a different delivery period. In this case, the written observations take precedence.

SIZE EXCHANGE

How to make a size exchange?

- The new shipment for a size exchange is completely free (as long as stock is available), it can only be for another size, never for a different item or color, that will be considered a return. The first garment received (the one you want to exchange) is the responsibility of the customer to return to the store.

- Go to the website www.capriche.es and you can check instantly if your size is available for the requested item. If so, call us at 965087908 and we will manage the exchange. If, on the contrary, the size is not listed, it is no longer available. If you request an exchange but there is no sizing, it will be considered a return and processed as such.

- Send us the garment you want to exchange - these shipping costs are at the customer's expense - and we will send you the new size free of charge.

- You can only make one free size exchange per order.

- In case you need to return an item for which an exchange has already been processed, you have 7 working days from receiving the new item to request its return.


RETURNS

At Capriche we want all our customers to be delighted with their orders!

Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us and choose another product in exchange (as long as it is not an accessory or complement that cannot be returned).

The period for order withdrawal is 14 calendar days from the day the purchase is received in accordance with the provisions of the Retail Trade Law of Spanish Territory. Within these 14 calendar days, the product must reach Capriche. *Not applicable to shipments outside the Peninsula.

- Returns of products outside this period will not be accepted.

Returns are not accepted for:

- ACCESSORIES

- Items that have been purchased to order and/or have been personalized.

If you have returned an item that cannot be returned, we will contact you and send it back to you freight collect.


How do I return or exchange it?
  1. You can drop off the garment at our physical boutique in Alicante.
  2. Ship the garments at your own expense with the courier service of your choice.

The buyer will be responsible for returning the garments in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received - suitably packaged and protected - by the means they deem appropriate, including the product labels. They must not be used, damaged, stained, or have body odor or perfume. If Capriche detects that the product has been used, we will proceed with the cancellation of the return. You could always reclaim your product by paying the shipping and processing costs.

We need the package to clearly indicate the DETAILS of the person returning it and whether they want a refund or an exchange for another product.

Date of purchase,
Products purchased.

* For orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or countries outside Spain, only returns at the customer's expense are possible; under no circumstances are size exchanges. Capriche will also not be responsible for customs or similar.

* If a VOLUNTARY cancellation is made by the customer and payment has been made via Paypal, the expenses that Paypal generates to Capriche for processing the order will be deducted from the refund.

In case of defect, it is necessary to notify possible errors or damages within 48 hours of receiving the order by calling 965 087 908 or emailing capricheweb@gmail.com.

* CAPRICHE reserves the right to deny the purchase and issue a refund if it detects anything unusual in said purchase.
